Melanie Greenberg
writer & Lyricist
After a hiatus from performing to focus on parenting, Greenberg made a triumphant return to the stage with her one-woman show, The Elephant in the Room, which won Best Comedy at the United Solo Festival in NYC and had an extended residency at the Apple Tree Inn in the Berkshires. Greenberg previously created and hosted the YouTube channel, Kill Switch, whose small loyal audience declared her “the comic voice of a generation that simply had not quite caught up with her yet.” Through her work with the nonprofit OPEN DOORS, Greenberg grew committed to creating spaces for underserved communities to share their stories. Currently, she serves as executive producer for two documentary films: A Place of Absence and Fall of an Empire.
